Graduating at the top of his class from John Marshall Law School and earning a bachelor’s degree with high honors in Criminal Justice from Liberty University, Attorney Callaghan’s academic achievements underscore his dedication to mastering the intricacies of law. His accolades include receiving a Presidential Award for Academic Excellence and being recognized five times with the prestigious Excellence for the Future Award, spanning areas such as Lawyering Skills, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Law Office Management, and Business Law.

Prior to attending law school, Chris was an Atlanta, GA police officer. His experience on the force makes him a fierce advocate for his clients who may face criminal charges. Especially if they are charged with a DUI / DWI. Chris made over 3,000 DUI arrests in his time on the force and knows a DUI charge / case inside and out.
