MICHELLE BOZEMAN

  • Paralegal

Michelle Bozeman is from Fairhope, Alabama, where she lives with her husband and two children. Michelle is a graduate of Coastal Alabama Community College, with an associates degree in Paralegal Studies. She has been with The Hernandez & Associates Law Firm for two years. She is the Domestic Relations Paralegal for the Firm, and as such, she manages Divorce, Custody, and Probate cases; she maintains contact with clients and helps attorneys with day to day tasks involving these different types of cases. Some of her tasks include taking dictations and filing motions, and interacting with the clients daily through emails, phone calls, and meetings. She is the primary go between for the attorney and client interaction. When she is not in the office, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and playing video games.

ALANNAH HOLLAND

  • Criminal Defense Paralegal

Alannah Holland graduated from Alma Bryant High School. She is here pursuing her future career in the legal field. She is a Criminal Defense Paralegal and some of her tasks include working on motions, subpoenas, letters, maintaining continuous contact with clients about court dates and providing status updates with their cases. When she is not in the office she enjoys going to the gym, going to concerts, and spending time with her friends.

MIYA WILKERSON

  • Paralegal

Miya is a Baldwin County resident and has worked as a paralegal since 2013. Miya is currently enrolled in college to earn her Associate Degree in Criminal Justice. She is a value-driven paralegal with experience successfully supporting and managing the caseloads of multiple attorneys. Her skills include adeptly navigating the management of client deadlines, communication among parties, witness and client scheduling, extensive legal drafting, document filings in Federal and State courts, superior time-management and organizational skills. Miya’s analytical skills and appreciation for details has led her into a career in the legal field as a litigation and criminal defense paralegal for multiple trial lawyers. It is her attention for details and the ability to analyze facts, coupled with her unique ability to multitask different aspects of the law practice that has earned Miya the success that she has enjoyed as a paralegal. When Miya isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, reading, and traveling.

ERNESTO MANUEL III UREÑA RODRIGUEZ

  • Paralegal / Legal Assistant / Translator

Ernesto is from Dominican Republic, Started going to the University of Mobile after graduating High School in Indiana, Became a Self employed Tax Preparer and a Translator for 4 years. He has been working as the Spanish/English translator for the firm since Mid-2021. He is part of the criminal paralegal team in our firm with the task of keeping our attorneys up to date with cases, having face interactions with our clients, filling and drafting legal documents and of course keeping our Latin community up to date with our legal support. He enjoys being at home with his family and helping educate the community in every way possible.

MADISON PERRYMAN

  • Trial Coordinator

Madison Perryman graduated from Huntingdon College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, and a Minor is Psychology. She handles the incoming discovery, requests missing discovery, and puts together the trial notebooks for Christine Hernandez. Other tasks include drafting motions and drafting subpoenas. When she is not in the office, she enjoys playing video games and cuddling with her dogs.
