BIOGRAPHY
Brooke was born and raised in North Alabama where she graduated from Lexington High School. She later graduated from Auburn University in 2003 with B.A. in Agriculture Business and Economics. In 2006, she graduated from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. Upon graduating from law school, Brooke joined the Law Office of Roianne Conner, in Montgomery, Alabama, as an associate attorney focusing on family and criminal law.
In 2010, Brooke became a founding partner and owner of the law firm of Bailey & Poague (Kelly) located in Wetumpka, Alabama. She focused on family law, juvenile matters, and adoptions, handling cases throughout the state of Alabama.
In 2017, Brooke met and married her husband, an United States Air Force officer. She left her practice at that time and began moving as part of her husband’s military career. As a family, they served in Virginia, Kansas, and Illinois during this time. This experience gave her great insight into the service and sacrifice of our men and women in the Armed Forces. She continues to volunteer in various organizations benefiting veterans and military families.
Brooke resumed her legal career as head of the civil litigation division in 2023 by joining the Hernandez & Associates Law Firm. As the head of the civil litigation division, Brooke oversees the attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants within the division. This opportunity has allowed her to continue practicing law and expand her practice even further to include education law, personal injury, and civil matters. In addition, Brooke vigorously represents her clients both in and out of the courtroom.
